Any cat can benefit. Whether you have a kitten bursting with energy or a senior cat who prefers a slower pace, the techniques can be adapted to suit their needs and preferences.
3. How long will it take to complete the online course?
You can complete the Clicker Training for Connection course in one day, but I recommend taking it one section at a time. Try working on the two tricks in each section once a day for at least twenty minutes (whether that's all at once or split into 5-minute sessions) over 7 days. With consistent daily training, you’ll start to see the benefits by the end of three weeks.
4. What tools do I need to get started?
You’ll just need a clicker (or something that makes a clicking sound), some tasty treats your cat loves, and a few minutes a day.
5. How is this different from just watching free cat training videos online?
This bundle is structured and created by a Certified Cat Trainer, which saves you from sorting through random or conflicting advice. You’ll also be invited to join our online training community and can contact your trainer any time. Everything is designed with your cat’s wellbeing and love of fun in mind.
6. What if my cat is not food motivated or does not seem interested?
We have tips for discovering what motivates your unique cat in the course, but a great place to start is by trying new high-value treats and training before mealtime. (If you do not already have set meal times, this is the perfect time to start.)
